when I type in the security code to download file my internet connection shuts down. Any help?

People that are having trouble need to take a look at what web browser they are using. AOL doesn't work. Old versions of IE suck too. Make sure your Internet Explorer is at version 7 or get Mozilla Firefox and you won't have any issues.

Firefox is faster and more secure anyway, so you're better off with it on any site you visit. ;)
