Locking and Blocking Channels on a Magnum

How to Lock Channels so as to require a PIN code to View, on an ExtremeView Magnum

Go to main menu

Select System Setting
Press OK
Navigate UP/Down to Parental Control,
Press OK
Enter 0000 ie 4 zero's
Select ON for Channel View and most importantly, ON for Channel Manager.

exit to Main Menu

Navigate Left/Right to Channel Manager
Navigate UP/Down to Channel Lock
Press OK
Enter 0000 ie 4 zero's

Select channels to lock by pressing the Red RCU button - a lock will appear beside the channel

Press the Yellow RCU button to save
Navigate Left to Yes, to confirm and Save

Your locked channels will now require the PIN code, 0000 to view.
