Just put in the security code and download the file.Simply;)

Security Code is right there in the box above where you enter it. Its simply a box with the code in not plain text..you simply type in what you see in the box.

Very simple ! How did you miss it ??

iEPUg might be dunny (?) proof- tried putting in the that security code last night and still would not download, tried today ok, must have been glitch in system. Thank you for your help anyway.

Oh what you are talking about is a glitch which might have occured due
to the high amount of traffic recieved that day.

I am assuming that even if you enter the right code you get
to the same page and are prompted to enter a new code all over again?

If that is the problem then it has been fixed.

I do not think the epuload site has been fixed. I still enter the four security numbers and get invalid link. Please help.

I have the same problem that Tony describes. It is the sonicview 4000 for me.

People that are having trouble need to take a look at what web browser they are using. AOL doesn't work. Old versions of IE suck too. Make sure your Internet Explorer is at version 7 or get Mozilla Firefox and you won't have any issues.

Click the big green button to start the download.

Firefox is faster and more secure anyway, so you're better off with it on any site you visit. ;)
