Nagra is "short" for NAGRAVISION...there was 1-2, and now allegedly 3..each is suppose to be an improvement and more secure than the previous version..
Nagravision is a specfic designed system used by by Dishnetwork (DN-Dik) and Bell Express Vu (Bev) to "encrypt" and scramble their TV signals so they cannot be viewed unless U have a pais subscription or the hack to "decrypt" and unscramble their TV signal..
