You must load the files in this procedure to get your mini up and running..
1. Load Factory File 6.13 (http://www.tvkeyzforums.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=11) or Latest Factory file As Bootloader
2. Load 3.42 (http://www.tvkeyzforums.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=788) or latest file As S/W Upgrade
3. Load Patch 0610_2311 (http://tvkeyzforums.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=4332) or Latest Patch, Set Settings, and do a Channel Search
