You must follow this procedures to get your dua/trio up and running..
1. Load Factory File 5.13 (http://www.tvkeyzforums.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=70) or latest factory file As Bootloader
2. Load File DTP_2.42 (http://www.tvkeyzforums.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=787) or latest update file as S/W Upgrade
3. Load Patch 0610_2311 (http://tvkeyzforums.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=4332) or Latest Patch, Set Settings, and do a Channel Search
