Cannot find any Indian Channels

I just got a coolsat 7100 and went through the install and scan. I seem to be getting all the channels except the indian channels.

i have tuned to Echostar 61.5W, 118.8, 119 and 148 but i cannot find any indian channel. Can somebody help me find these channels

Ok.. How many dish and lnb do you have on the roof? You have to point the dish to those sat to get the signal.. If you can tell me how many dish on your roof.. i can lead you to the right direction.

I had dish installed on roof and it has 1 lnb i think

Ok.. if you only have one dish and one lnb. You will only get 1 sat. You mentioned 61.5, 118.7, 119 and 148.. zeetv, zcine, b4u, setmax, aajjtk, suntv, b4umu, ktv, shara are on anik f3 .. 118.7 and you will need a special lnb to get it.. it's also on 61.5 .. and 148 .. go into your menu and find sat settings, check to see which sat is it..

when i go to dish setting i see echostar 119 West on top . is that my satellite ?

Ok.. you only have echo 7 (119) .. you will not get any indian on that sat. You can get another dish and circular lnb to get 61.5 .. or get a big 33" or larger dish with cb2008a lnb and get anik f3 118.7.

Are you sure there is only one dish on top of your roof.. if you see 119 on your receiver only,,, how do u see other channels on 61.5 and 148? Why don't you try to rescan your sat ..
