You peeps gotta stop worrying about things beyond your control...The World might end tomorrow too...Nobody is worrying about that...It might end before they crack Nagra 3...There are alot more important things to be concerned about then watching free tv...If you guys are worried about not having tv, then do something about it...These receivers are called FTA for a reason...They are for getting Free To Air signals...Use them that way...Get a Linear LNB, or something that will give you both Linear signals AND Circular signals...then point at a sat that has Free To Air Channels...Like Globecast...Or Galaxy 18...you'll still get free tv...and you won't ever have to worry about it going down...The channels are truly Free..

Everyday it's the same questions...Is there a file yet?.....Did they crack Nagra 3 yet?...Will our receivers still be good?....Your Receivers will always work, if you use it for FTA....But for DN, that remains to be seen...I put all my faith in the Coders...They are very intelligent people...If they can crack it, then they will...But in the meantime, please stop all the speculation and just enjoy what you have for as long as you have it..The questions need to stop....You are asking questions we can't answer...We don't know anymore than you do at this point...If, by chance, we hear anything , trust me...We will tell you...As of right now, anything anyone says is pure speculation...

Sorry for the rant, but it was long overdue...
And I don't mind the questions, but at least post them in the proper sections...

i couldn't agree with fallen angel more. if peeps r that worried about having no tv, they should either sub, and then it never goes out,(as log as bill is paid) or learn how disassembly and writing code. a good start for that would be a degree in mathmatics? maybe mit?

Turn off Auto TP and you will stop losing channels. Worked for me.:beer:

Are you sure about that? So, you still have all your bev channel even though they went nagra3.. That won't work..
