Two former XM executives have come on board with the merged Sirius XM satellite radio entity. In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Sirius said Dara Altman, former executive vice president of business and legal affairs at XM, was appointed executive vice president and chief administrative officer. James Rhyu, who served as XM's senior vice president and controller, was named senior vice president and chief accounting officer.
