I received this email from a DN Sales rep when asking questions about getting a sub.

We are currently working closely with Express Vu in Canada to provide DBS service in their area. You may email them at info@expressvu.com or call 1-888-SKY-DISH for new and timely information on Express Vu. At the moment, we do not provide services in Canada. However, you can order online for a US address since we can provide services all through out the continental US.
Our current promotion offers free professional standard installation and equipment for up to 4 rooms, you can set up the system for up to four TVs online. A commitment is not required but if you take advantage of Digital Home Advantage with a 24 month commitment, we’ll be waiving the activation fee of $99. Aside from waiving the activation fee, we’ll also give you HBO and Starz free for 3 months as long as you have a basic qualifying package. You can choose your options and configure the best set up for you. You can also click live help on the order page and we can have someone assist you while you order.
Our customers find it more convenient to sign up online rather than calling in. They found out that this is an easier way to get Dish Network Services!
