well I guess I am just sending you this email out of frustration, I cannot get into files, either, they have canceled me, I have re registered, I have registered with another user name and email, same thing, I don't think I am going to see a fix, and I am not alone, I wonder what is going on here???? if you know let me know. I can log in, but whenever I try home, or files, it reverts to saying you don't seem to be registered????

You may have to log in again when you go to the files section, but you can and then you can download.

the file wont load into the reciver keep getn invald file i have a coolsat 4000 yea i know p.o.s when i try to get the new file it says you do not have permision to downloaed this file at the to of the download page
