Globalstar on Wednesday unveiled a satellite-based remote automated utility meter reading interface solution designed to communicate with meters in areas not served by a traditional public landline phone system --- Cobham Satcom appointed Jose A. Perez as vice president of global business development for its Satcom business unit.
