sat chat help

im trying to use sat chat i cant find where profile is ??

When in the Chat area, at top where you post, enter your name (no Email addies), below you will see in small letters help , smiles, and profile. Profile is where you can protect the name you use there, if it will not allow you in choose a diff name and enter a pass word to protect it for your use only.

all i see is users on line or refresh none of those other things

ok very very weird i figured it out
if i open site in internet explorer all is ok

in firefox all those buttons not there

I use Firefox, and all those buttons are there...


Look at the pic...First you need to click on the Sat Chat button (circled in white),
then you'll see the other buttons (including "profile"(circled in white)
