Common causes to bans are...

Not removing your email from the sat chat.
Spamming (Flooding)
Outside links
Typing in caps
Being rude to other members and mods
Begging during ECM days.

For some cases we warn you anywhere between from 1-5 times before we ban you. (For example Being rude - Typing in caps - Email in chat)
