Nagra 3, WOULD IT NOT MAKE SENSE?

Would it not make sense that Nagra 3 will come out after all the channels in USA go to Digital? So sometime around Feb. 9 ish? Would this not make sense?

Yep, Dish has been digital since it was launched in March 1996. We're talking about encryption not tranmission methods...
