Setting Time

Went to options and tried to set site time to Eastern (-5:00) but it defaults to -4:00. Window shows -5 but time at bottom of page shows -4. Any time that I put in works but not -5. No big deal but thought I would bring to someones attention........Like the new site.:)

turn on/off daylight saving times! always does the trick! :) but ill look into it and see i i can find anything worng server wise
