Heys guys i read the post Jazzy made here.....I agree with some of the points Jazzy has made here.....I myself have been a reg here from the get go....An lord knows not the easiest one to deal with....So here is my 2 cents......I think each an every member should be treated equally.....whether u have color or not....If ur gonna tell some to go the lounge for certain talk.....Tell all to do it.....There should not be any favoritism to any.....And some of the Reds should be told to take it to the lounge as well......I feel Jazzy was so lynched.......Well everyone knows he doesnt like this cutie but I couldnt keep quiet on this issue....If u want to make satchat only sat related issues Make it that way but do it for all......thanx

i also was here for a long time and thought jazzy was treated really unfairly in the way many mods responded to his post. he expressed his feelings in the only way he thought would get his message across.we all agree and disagree on many subjects but as a moderator i would think you would want to express your opinions in the way that would suit both parties, not get in a debate over what YOU may think is the best option for tv.i have often heard many times that fta was a hobby for testing different ideas and means, so how can one say what is perfectly right to do and not perfectly right to do?i can see mods backing mods and that is fine but to disrespect a long time tvkeyz member in that fashion in my opinion was wrong. just my thoughts,silversurfer

I agree that it's fine to disagree with someone...But Jazzy has been doing this a long time in chat...This wasn't the first time..He's done it with me numerous times, and I just let it go...Mainly because HD asked me to...
Thats right, HotDog...He said Jazzy was set in his ways, and a longtime member...I told him I wouldn't ban him...And I didn't...But Jazzy kept giving out the wrong info to some users, told me the Rules didn't apply to him, and he could do whatever he wanted...
Now, I'm all for fairness too...But how would you treat that?...If the Rules apply for one, then they apply for all...NOT the Rules apply for everyone except Jazzy...Wouldn't you guys feel treated unfairly if that were the case?...If you did something to get yourself banned, and Jazzy did the same thing and he were just to get yelled at a little?
You guys are attesting to one incident, and thats all...You need to look at the big picture...If we keep letting him get away with the things he does, then the rules are meaningless...If he had a problem with HotDog, all he had to do was PM a MOD, or Admin...It would have been resolved...But instead, he chose to do it in his own way...And he suffered the consequences of disrespecting a MOD...Nobody is saying that a MOD is better than a user, or anything like that...I feel we're all equal in this..
But the Rules are there for a reason, and apply to everyone, and need to be followed...Next time he has a problem with someone, he can follow the proper protocol and report the incident to another MOD, or Admin...It will get resolved...

Sorry l agree with Fallen l watched the whole thing and sorry but Jazzy was wrong yes he is set in his ways but he needs to lighten up also.....stop bashing certain receivers we do have sponsors that watch and to say that satinfo files arent needed is wrong also....

That wasn't what it was about. Hd was acting like a saleman for nfusion the other night like always and we had enough. He stated it was the future. Well if nfusion is the only think left then charlie for sure will do the same as dave did. And who's got a extra $10,000 dollars sitting around for court cost's ect..

He just banned me again in satchat. I was helping sombody out aiming there antenna.
