registration screen is blank?

I am trying to register and nothing happens - there is an icon to click (register) but nothing happens and no forms to fill out? Please help!!

Registration is working just fine. Click the link, fill out the form. Easy enough.

Tested once again and the registration is working fine w/ firefox, ie, and opera. If you can't register for some reason, send your username and password using the contact form at the bottom of every page and we'll manually register you.
