Random Question problem

Hello, well first of all I couldn't remember my password to log in so I tried using the "Forgot Password" thing. When I go to answer the Random Question which is "What color is the sky?" no matter what I put in, it's wrong. What color is the sky?lol? I tried blue, I tried black, etc. no matter what it keeps telling me it's wrong.
