Creating a .SDX file on CW Ultima (clone your settings)
This guide will work for both the cw700 and 800 models as well as the ultima. So once you set up one receiver and want to clone antenna and system settings along with a channel list this is how it will work and is really easy to do.
1. Insert your usb stick into the unit
2. Hit USB button on the remote
3. Hit FAV button on the remote
Easy huh
Now if you take out the usb stick and put it into a computer you will see a file generated on it with the extension .SDX. This file can be loaded to any captiveworks unit even the 600 and 600s premium models (using the serial loader) and thh rest via USB but will not work on a captiveworks 4000. This file will replicate all channels, antenna settings and system settings set up on the original receiver and can also be loaded into channel master to create a channel list that can be loaded into ANY other unit!
