Sometimes the ad servers get malicious ads that slip through. One of our ad providers has been serving up a nasty one. It's been reported and I haven't seen it in the last few minutes so hopefully it's been removed or will be shortly.

I can't get in Sat Chat either....on some attempts I get a virus alert and it starts downloading some antivirus program

If I get past that....it will load side bars but not chat body.......top name area with refresh smilies etc is there ...but chat is just a large black space.

I've tried on 3 different computers and have tried all the tricks I know''''cleared cache ...cookies...tried pop up blocker off....on....changed security levels....can't get to chat.

this was fiirst noticed late last night and first started as a severe lagging in chat posts.

Hope this input helps

OK...apparently if you use this link...it works...... http://www.tvkeyzforums.com/chat.html .Old Format....but Chat is there

Response from the ad server in question:

We take our publishers input extremely seriously, so first of all, thank your for the notification of this problem. We have identified that this is a rogue advertisers and we are taking further measures to fix this problem. Thank your for your input, once again, and we should have this resolved very soon.

Thanks
Support TeamThe rogue ad spots should not be appearing anymore. I apologize for anyone who was hit / infected with this crap.

Most any decent virus software should have stopped this in it's tracks. If for some reason you did get infected, download and install the latest version of Malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.com), update, and then run a system scan. It will remove all traces of it with no problem.

If anybody sees this rogue ad still appearing, please post here so we can continue to complain to the ad server.
