With only IKS based systems running at this time, D!sh and B3v have time to play... Expect more to come soon I would think...

Really they would have had no case if the guy would not have been helping people load bins in there STB. Damn this guy was just stupid and really greedy cause he was making money off of support also. Greed never gets you nowhere.

Then why was a DishJockey a Site sponsor busted as mentioned in the plaintiffs petition?
I don't believe that they were accused of programming or of helping any 3rd. party program receivers But they were hit also .
It appears to me that this just the tip of the veritable Iceberg and we will hear many many more stories like these . Remember when these dealers Roll Over to get a lesser sentence many names of people who they sold too could possibly be revealed by them !

I "think" people could see alot more legal maneuvering on this. It doesnt seem like the laws decide the end result, but rather how well your high priced attorney team on retainer can sing and dance for the judge or grand jury. I put nothing past the judicial system. We're in a recession, so the courts need the payoff, i mean income. Just my 2 cents. I Hope i'm dead wrong.

The documents I read were from a civil suit not a criminal complaint. People are not sent to prison in civil suits. In a criminal trial the dealers have a better opportunity to be found "Not Guilty" because the standard of guilt is higher. In a civil suit the plaintiff needs to prove a preponderance of the evidence which is a much lower standard.

Exactly and I do also believe this system has become one that detains in 4 walls as long as they can so that your mom rich brother or poor aunt can send you money to buy radios and sneakers at 5 times the price. Not to mention what the state charges the county for the inmates. 75 before 12 75 after 12 think about it. citys broken by countys, countys broken by the state, guess who break the states.....now who owns the whole monopoly board. And some places the tv is good some places 5 channels ........hehehe have a good one ole chap and watch where you goith.........Funfortv
