C/P I might have found the solution to your problem when i first got my kbox i found out that it wasn't that hard to setup but of course i am an i.t guy when it comes to tech's so let me get to the fix.

1. this is the first thing you should do i recommend. one if you have a router "linksys" please go to your computer with the router attached running with your internet and open your browser "Firefox" and type in 192.168.1.1 and hit enter next it is going to ask you for a password and name now the default is name: admin password: admin then hit enter once your in make sure your ip of the router is set to DCHP "notice if it is already set to DCHP then do not do any thing" now close it.

2. now please read this very carefully this is very important if you have a netgear powerline adapter look at the back now 1 is for broadcasting the wifi. and the second is for connecting to the K-hub now i want you to connect the one that's going to broadcast the internet and connect it with your router.

3. now i want you to go and disconnect your internet from your computer don't worry you will get it back now get your 2 netgear powerline's and plug it in and attach your Ethernet cable from your router with internet and now the one that's suppose to get internet i want you to plug it in your computer "now you can do this with a laptop if you have one" now if you get internet access as soon as you plug it in then your good to go just plug it in your k-hub and bam! BUT if you have problems connecting to the internet or even with your k-hub freezing or connection timeing out i want you to go and open up your start menu and open "RUN" now type in "cmd" now once open i want you to type in this
ipconfig /release" then "ipconfig /renew" now go to your browser once that's done and type in one more time 192.168.1.1 go in to it and hit status once your there hit "DHCP Release" & "DHCP Renew" now close it and check to see if you have internet access. If you have internet access then you have successfully finished installing and configured your router to your netgear powerline adapters.
