New Lounge.... is awful

I think the new lounge is really terrible. It does not appear to work right or I am too blonde to figure it out.
Just my 2 cents.

many many i know feel the same way. we want the old lounge back this one does not work well at all

l know its confusing there is no permanent room if u make one it disappears and unless u add people it doesnt allow u to see ppl :(
When there is no room click on the tab...4th one over like multiple chat boxes and if no room create one and then hit join and the 1st tab the plus sign (+) click there and add the nic of ur buddy :)

Well after RTRslacinup was good enough to come to the lounge and spend a few minutes giving me a guided tour I now see how the lounge works.

I still feel it needs work. I find it hard to know what to do and unless someone is already there to make a room there is no lounge room to join.
Also are the other users visible or only if you add them as a buddy first?
I still have lots to learn about the lounge and dont think that it is very user friendly... I think a lot of ppl will have too much trouble with it and just not use it.
Again just my 2 cents.

I merged your threads together and put them in the correct section of the forums :) But I have heard the complaints as well.... Trouble is not every single person is going to be pleased with all the options...Some wanted the option to turn off the sounds... the new lounge has it... some like to be able to see who is online ... the new lounge doesn't have that option unless you add users to your friend list.... everyone wants pm... both lounges have/had that.... Just give it a try for awhile and maybe if the trial period passes and everyone still has issues we could post it here?

well i dont like the new lounge,,in fact im pouting,and stamping my foot,,yes im acting like a 4 yo,,but i just dont like the lounge,,go back to the old one,,or fix this one up,,ok,,lol,,im done venting,,im sure the peeps in charge will get it working just great,,everyone here does a great job,,keep up the good work:drunk:

OK, fine. The masses have spoken. We'll go a bit simpler for you guys. We'll call this the Lounge public beta. Yes, the colors aren't there yet and I'm working on fixing the slight delay, but try it out now and see what ya think. Remember, a work in progress...
