Wow, over 50 million. That is crazy. The case against him really had some holes in it if he wouldn't have gone with the 5th amendment defense.

My simple opinion is, as many yrs as I have been around, I personally have talked to this guy more than once and for the life of me, I can't figure out why, he opened his mouth so much in so many websites. I knew him as probably many do and that is the blabermouth. I mean come on guys, how dumb do you have to be? I first started in the websites long, long before the HU days and around during the blackbird days. I look for him getting totally slapped to him this time and I don't care who is paying for his defense, like viewsat. Just my humble opinion.

Here are the complete docs in this case. TDG.rar (http://www.mediafire.com/file/tyz2ohyymhm/TDG.rar) (24.43MB)
It's quite enlightening the extent that investigators went to try to link TDG's posts with his identitiy. A good read for everyone who is involved in forums.

I've read through a few of them, all I can say is WOW. Basically if they wanted to, they could just about link anyone to those posts. I haven't read very many yet but is there any mention of IP addresses or anything? I mean, with today's technology, are they only going off of user names & bs posts?
