Non delivery of order from Cyberbridge FTA*Moved*

Any one having a problem getting their box from Cyberbridge fta. I placed my order on 9/18 and still have not received my box.

OK we have a A++ rating with all our customers. We have all our order shipped direct from the main nfusion warehouse in one of 3 locations throught the usa. They have had very bad lag times the last 3 weeks and then after some people were waiting they emailed us that they ran out of boxes. I have gotten email from them as of today that stock is now back in and being shipped. I will personally make sure yours is one of the 1st to go out and i will give u 10$ off your next order for your trouble

I sent you an email from the warehouse shipping manager with an exact copy and paste so u can see the reason for the delay on your order and know its not me.

also please look at other sites (the big ones) example nfonline and u will see they have a disclamer also saying there is big delays. Its not just our site right now with delays

I was told by Monday all delays be solved if not sooner

In the future, please PM a staff member before posting like this in a public forum. The Staff will make sure your taken care of and it won't look like your airing your dirty laundry in public...Also, We can talk to the sponsors and get to the bottom of the delay...This way, it makes it look like the sponsor isn't fulfilling their orders and may make other users shy away from them for no good reason...

This was a legitimate delay, and was in no way the fault of the Sponsor on this site...

And this is not directed to just the poster, but anyone else who may have a problem with a Sponsor on this site...Please PM the Staff with your problem and let us take care of it.

I sent my box to be fix to cyberbridge on july 11 we are in october 19 and still no received I did no hear from them since 10/3 when I was told that the box is going to be sent again that is no a way to do bussines

Did you not read the post above yours...If anyone has a problem with a Sponsor on this site..Please PM a staff member and we will try to take care of it for you...
