Well i log in and it says i am and can go through the form and things but the moment i got to get a new file it says i'am not logged in. i go back a page an i am agian but click my file and i'm not agian! kinda sux been doing this for a while now.

You might want to try deleting your cookies...then log in again, and you should be good to go...
